Colten Hines (Bonaparte, Ia./Harmony High School) has signed an athletic letter of intent to compete for the Grand View men's track & field program. Hines is a two-time Class 1A state qualifer in the shot put. He finished in 5th place at the 2008 Iowa State Championships.
