Lauryn Camp (Preston, Ia./Preston High School) has signed an athletic letter of intent to compete for the Grand View women's track & field program in 2008-09. Camp is a five-time Class 1A State Qualifying thrower. She finished third in the Shot Put and fourth in the Discus at the 2008 Iowa High School State Championships.

Grand View Throws Coach Seth Roberson said "Lauryn is a very good athlete and will be a great addition to the Grand View College track and field program. She is exactly the type of athlete we want in our program. I look forward to working with her over the next four years."
