Justin Gutknecht (Cumming, Ia./Norwalk High School) has signed an athletic letter of intent to compete for the Grand View men's track & field program in 2008-09. Gutknecht is a four-time Class 3A state qualifier for Norwalk. He qualifed for the 2007 and 2008 Iowa State Championships in the 400m Hurdles and Shuttle Hurdle Relay.

Head Track & Field Coach Jerry Monner said "Justin is a very good athlete that will only continue to improve each year. He'll be a great addition to our team as a hurdler and be utlilized in multiple sprints and relays throughout the season."
