The Vikings crowned two champions at the Dick Walker Invite Saturday, as they came away with a third place finish (94.5 pts.). Defending National Champion Wartburg won the Invite (147.5 pts.); Coe College was second (123.5 pts.).

Brad Lower was champion at 165 lbs after pinning two opponents, defeating a third by major decision, and winning by default in the championship bout. Glenn Rhees defeated all four of his opponents and was GV's second champion of the day at 174 lbs. Nick Coffman took second at 141 lbs., Derek Nightser was third at 285 lbs., and Trae Reed placed 5^th at 157 lbs.

The Vikings travel to Las Vegas, Nevada, this week to compete in Wartburg's Desert Duals on Sunday.
