The No. 7 Viking men's basketball team owns a four-game winning streak after a 70-54 win over Graceland University Thursday night in Lamoni.

Grand View shot a solid 44.1% from the field and 39.1% from behind the arc. Greg Shultz nailed seven three-pointers and was 4-4 from the free throw line to lead GV with 25 points. Kevin Smith added 18 points and Corey Viet chipped in 9 points. Grant Burns dished out 11 assists in 35 minutes of play.

As a team, the Vikings were 81.1% (9-11) from the free throw line. The Grand View defense held the Yellowjackets to 33.8% from the field and forced 18 turnovers.

The Vikings (8-2) head to Indianola Tuesday to take on Simpson in non-conference action. Game time is 7:30 p.m.
