The Grand View football team continues to climb in the NAIA Football Coaches' Top 25 Poll. The Vikings were the No. 19 team in Monday's poll, up three spots from last week's No. 22 ranking.

Grand View is currently 7-2 overall and 5-0 in the Mid-States Football Association's Midwest League. The Vikings hold a five-game winning streak going into Saturday's 1 p.m. home game against MSFA opponent St. Ambrose. It is the first meeting between the Vikings and the Fighting Bees (3-2) who were the Midwest League champions in 2008-09.

The University of Sioux Falls (S.D.) earned the No. 1 ranking for the 11th straight week. Sioux Falls posted 18 of the possible 19 first-place votes. The Cougars hold the nation's longest winning streak at 23.
