Sioux City, Iowa- Grand View bowling finished the 2016 season with two No. 1 finishes at the Mustang Invitational hosted by Morningside College. Lane Richtsmeier and Sam Cantrell (SO/Citrus Heights, California) were named All-Tournament team for the men along with Sarah Muench, Hannah Munson (JR/Cottage Grove, Minnesota), Rebecca Broerman (JR/Mason City, Iowa) and Brittany Smith (SR/Des Moines, Iowa) for the women.

The women's team finished with total tournament pin count of 10,322, an 224.3 average with a game total of 6852, an average of 228.4. The Baker game total was 3469, an average of 216.8.
