The Grand View football team is getting a jump on training for next season. The Vikings' spring training has commenced and the players and coaches are seeing positive results.

"Practice is going very well. Great attitudes. We are improving in all areas and the competition for positions is intense. We are bigger and stronger," said head coach Mike Woodley.

The Vikings will get help in 2009 from seven players that transferred in at semester (pictured).
