Zenz is a four-year letterwinner and three-time all-CIML guard from Hoover High School.

Zenz, a four-year letterwinner, is a three-time all-CIML and Honorable Mention All-State goalkeeper will also compete for the women's soccer team. She has extensive club experience and played for the Urbandale Premier for four years, the West Des Moines Soccer Club (state champs 2006, 2007), the Des Moines Menace (ACE Award winner), and ODP for three years.

Zenz is the daughter of Steve and Gayla Zenz of Des Moines. She plans to study Business Administration while at Grand View.
